Innovation Repairs is an appliance repair request and referral service. We pass requests to independent, third-party repair professionals. We do not employ these professionals and do not perform repairs ourselves.

2. Independent providers

Independent professionals set their own service areas, schedules, prices, parts, warranties and qualifications, and are solely responsible for their work. We cannot promise that a professional will be available where you live, or guarantee the timing, cost, quality or outcome of any repair. Check licensing and insurance requirements with any professional before you hire them.

Same-day, next-day or weekend service, if offered at all, depends entirely on the individual provider and your location. We make no promise about response times.

3. No manufacturer affiliation

Appliance brand names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the appliances people ask about. Innovation Repairs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by any manufacturer.

We are not a manufacturer’s authorized service center. If your appliance is under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer first, as repairs by other providers may affect warranty coverage.
