We built Innovation Repairs so that asking for help with a broken appliance takes one clear request instead of an afternoon of phone calls.
Our Purpose
When a refrigerator stops cooling or a washer won’t drain, the hardest part is often finding someone who can help. Innovation Repairs gives people in the United States a single place to describe the problem and send it to independent appliance repair professionals.
How Our Request Model Works
We are a request and referral service. We receive your request and pass it to independent professionals who may serve your area. They decide whether they can take the job, contact you, diagnose the appliance and quote their own price.
We do not employ technicians, carry out repairs or set prices, and we are not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer.
What Happens After a Request
You see a confirmation once your request is received. If a professional can help, they contact you by your preferred method. Nothing is booked until you agree a time with them, and you are free to say no. Questions at any stage: support@innovationrepairs.com.
