Accessibility Statement
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Our commitment
We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read our information and send a repair request. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. What we have done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
- Full keyboard operation, including the menu, accordions and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Labeled form fields, clear required-field markers, and error messages linked to the fields they describe and announced to screen readers.
- Text alternatives for informative images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA, layouts that work from small phones to large screens and with zoom, and respect for reduced-motion settings.
- Automated testing with axe-core on every page before release.
3. Known limitations
Automated tools cannot find every issue, and we have not yet completed a full manual audit with every screen reader and browser combination. Websites of independent Providers are not controlled by us.
4. Need help or found a problem?
If you have difficulty using any part of the Site or need information in another format, email support@innovationrepairs.com with the page address and a short description. We will try to help, including by taking your repair request details by email.
